Standard One-Year Warranty
NymoLabs warrants that this product, under normal indoor use and conditions, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of the original purchase invoice.
Please note:
- If major components of the device fail, you may contact us at any time for technical support and free replacement service (excluding full machine replacement, which requires technical evaluation and confirmation).
- This warranty is non-transferable. A valid proof of purchase from us or an authorized distributor is required when applying for warranty service.
- Any applicable handling fees, if incurred, shall be borne by the customer.

What This Limited Warranty Covers
We warrant that, during the warranty period (as defined below), the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship when used under normal conditions and operated in accordance with the manufacturer’s user manual. Please refer to the instruction manual included in each package for proper usage and maintenance guidelines.
During the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, provide a refurbished product or a replacement product of equal value at no charge (however, shipping costs, handling fees, customs duties, and any related taxes may apply and shall be borne by the customer). Such replacement is subject to confirmation of a defect or malfunction and requires valid proof of purchase, including the original sales receipt with model information.
Evidence Submission and Customer Cooperation Requirements in Warranty Claims
To ensure accurate and efficient diagnosis and resolution of product issues, we may require customers to provide reasonably necessary supporting information, including but not limited to photos, videos, descriptions of the fault symptoms, or other relevant diagnostic materials.
During the warranty claim process, customers are obligated to provide reasonable cooperation, including performing basic troubleshooting steps as instructed by our technical support team and submitting, within a reasonable scope, the information required to verify the issue.
If, after multiple reasonable requests, the customer fails to provide the necessary supporting information, or refuses to cooperate with standard diagnostic procedures, resulting in an inability to effectively verify the issue, it may become impossible to determine the root cause of the problem. In such cases, the relevant warranty claim may be temporarily suspended or closed due to insufficient technical information.
We reserve the right to conduct a technical assessment based on the available information and determine the appropriate course of action, including repair, replacement, or, where a product defect cannot be reasonably confirmed, denial of the warranty claim.
This clause does not affect any statutory rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection laws.
Upon completion of technical analysis, NymoLabs will provide the most appropriate resolution based on the identified cause and technical assessment results, including but not limited to:
- Sending replacement parts for customer installation, accompanied by remote technical guidance
- Providing software, firmware, or parameter configuration support
- Repairing or replacing components or products confirmed to be defective
The final resolution will be determined by the NymoLabs technical team based on complete diagnostic information and inspection results.
What This Limited Warranty Does Not Cover
This limited warranty does not cover damage or defects caused directly or indirectly by:
- Misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, or transportation damage
- Improper or insufficient maintenance or servicing
- Damage resulting from use with other products or in combination with other equipment
- Damage arising from improper maintenance procedures
- Repairs performed by unauthorized personnel
- Normal wear and tear
Open Box & Clearance Items
Open-box products refer to items with damaged packaging or products that are no longer suitable for sale as brand-new units. All such products are tested by our team to ensure they are fully functional prior to resale.
Open-box products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty, which applies only to functional defects.
Please note:
- Open-box products are final sale items and are not eligible for return due to cosmetic imperfections or non-performance-related issues
- If the product is functionally defective or not working upon arrival, you may contact us for a replacement
- If a functional defect is found upon delivery, please contact support@nymolabs.com for assistance
