Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the NymoLabs Affiliate Program! By applying to or participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Application and Approval

You must be at least 18 years old and, if participating on behalf of a business, have the authority to represent that business. You must provide accurate contact details, promotional channel information, and payment details, and keep them up to date.

We reserve the right to approve or reject applications based on the information provided. Participation does not automatically entitle you to free products, samples, or sponsorship fees. Such arrangements require a separate written agreement.

2. Affiliate Links and Coupon Codes

Once approved, you may use your assigned affiliate links and authorized coupon codes to promote eligible products on nymolabs.com.

Orders are attributed according to the tracking and attribution priority rules published in the affiliate dashboard. Using both an affiliate link and a coupon code on the same order does not generate duplicate commissions.

You may only promote coupon codes and offers we have authorized you to share. Private, expired, misleading, or unauthorized offers must not be published.

3. Commissions and Payments

You will earn a standard commission of 5% on eligible orders directly attributed to you, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Commissions are calculated on the eligible merchandise value after discounts and refunds, excluding shipping, taxes, customs duties, and other non-merchandise charges. Order payment processing fees and shipping costs covered by NymoLabs are not additionally deducted from the commission calculation base.

Canceled, unpaid, fraudulent, fully refunded, or charged-back orders are not eligible for commission. Partial refunds will result in a corresponding commission adjustment. If an adjustment is required for commissions already paid, we will explain the reason and amount and may deduct the overpayment from future commissions or recover it through other lawful means.

Commissions become payable only after delivery is confirmed, the applicable return period has ended, and any known payment or return disputes have been resolved. Pending commissions shown in the dashboard are provisional.

Payments are made on the 15th of each month for commissions generated during the previous calendar month that meet all payment conditions by the payment date, together with any eligible commissions carried forward from earlier periods. Commissions that do not yet qualify will be carried forward. Payment eligibility depends on order and commission status, rather than your enrollment date.

NymoLabs covers standard commission transfer fees charged to the sender. You are responsible for withdrawal fees, currency conversion fees, and receiving bank fees associated with your payment account, where applicable.

You must provide valid payment details and any tax documentation reasonably required by applicable law. You are responsible for applicable taxes arising from your commission income. Payments delayed by missing or incorrect information will be arranged after the information is corrected.

4. Tracking and Attribution

Affiliate links have a 45-day tracking period, beginning when a customer visits our website through a valid affiliate link.

Purchases made after that period will not earn commission based solely on the expired tracking record. If the customer visits again through a valid affiliate link or uses an authorized coupon code, attribution will be determined according to the published rules.

Cookie restrictions or deletion, changes in devices, and interactions with other promotional sources may affect tracking. Commissions on repeat purchases depend on the configured attribution rules. The Program does not automatically provide lifetime commissions.

If you believe an order or commission has been recorded incorrectly, please contact us for review.

5. Single-Tier Commissions and Self-Purchases

This is a single-tier affiliate program with no multi-level commissions. Recruiting other affiliates, building a referral network, or sales generated by other affiliates does not earn you additional commission.

Purchases made by you through your own account or another account you control, and purchases arranged through others primarily to obtain commissions, are not eligible. You must not use different accounts, email addresses, identities, or other methods to bypass this restriction.

We may reasonably review suspected self-purchases, related-party transactions, or other unusual orders and hold the associated commissions during the review. Commissions confirmed to be ineligible may be rejected or reversed. Any commissions already paid will be handled under the recovery provisions above.

6. Promotional Standards and Brand Protection

Promotional content must be truthful and accurate. You must not exaggerate product capabilities, publish fabricated reviews, or make unauthorized promises. You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with NymoLabs and the possibility of earning commissions, as required by applicable laws and platform rules.

Spam, fabricated orders, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, deceptive redirects, impersonation, and other methods of manipulating order attribution are prohibited.

The following promotional methods require our prior written approval:

• Paid advertising and keyword bidding, including bids on the NymoLabs brand name, website domains, product models, and related misspellings or keyword combinations.
• Direct linking to our store from paid advertisements or using our website domain as an advertisement’s display URL.
• Coupon websites, cashback offers, incentivized traffic, and browser extension promotions.

Without written permission, you must not register or use domains, account names, or pages containing the NymoLabs brand name or confusingly similar variations in a way that misleadingly suggests official operation, authorized dealership, or another affiliation.

You may use our brand name and product models accurately in genuine product reviews, tutorials, and other original content.

7. Changes and Termination

To leave the Program, please contact support@nymolabs.com.

We may suspend or terminate your participation for a material breach of these Terms, fraud, or unlawful activity, and require you to stop the related promotions and use of our brand materials.

Where reasonably practicable, we will provide advance notice of changes to these Terms or future commission arrangements. Changes will not retroactively reduce commissions legitimately earned before the changes take effect.

Eligible orders generated before termination will remain subject to the normal review and payment rules. Termination alone does not forfeit legitimately earned commissions.
