NBX-5040: We replaced the linear rails on the NBS-6040's Y module with dual 20mm Steel HSS Linear tubes to create a cost-effective, productive CNC Machine. We took everything we could from the NBS-6040 and applied it to the new NBX-5040. In our testing, the NBX-5040 gets you most of the performance of NBS-6040, at a big savings.
NymoLabs Custom-made 710W Router: The NBX-5040 features the Self-developed Trim Router as a spindle, a Second-to-none move in the market. Its soft start, and constant current drive features, make the spindle RPM slow to fast without stalling, ranging from 7000 to 30000 adjustable. ER11 Collet Gripping Range: 1-8mm, 1/4", 1/8".
Modular Design: The pre-assembled modular design makes the 20-minute installation possible, with just a few installation steps and wiring of electronics before starting your projects. Now with a larger working area (20.02" x 16.22" x 3.83"), 710W trim router spindle, The NBX-5040 CNC router is ready for all your projects, whether you're just going to use it occasionally in your garage, or if you're going to run it all day, every day.
Based on Open-source Grbl v1.1: The NBX-5040 CNC router features the driver with 32-bit chips, making the pulse frequency up to 80 KHZ. Adds 4-axis linkage motion, MPG, offline control, 3-pin laser port, air pump, and other extended functions. It also supports transforming the code files from offline controller to local memory to engraving stabler.
Create a New and Friendly Maker Ecology: In order to give makers a better experience, we reserved a series of expansion function ports when designing, including the fourth-axis expansion (four-axis linkage), MPG, Z probe tool set, air pump port, lighting port, air blowing, and dust boot placement,.etc. Which will be listed separately in the coming next!
Advanced Stepper Motor Driver DM542: Featuring the DM542, the NymoLabs CNC 5040 has the advantages of smooth motor movements without losing steps, current adjustment capability for precise control, and overheat protection to ensure device safety which is ideal for CNC machine applications.
TFT Touchscreen Offline Controller: With a 2.8” touchscreen display, the 5040 offline controller makes controlling your engraving machine simple and convenient. Users can operate 5040 manually, or put it on the Electric Controller Box reserved placement.
Tips: The ER-11 Router is made for use in CNC machines so we skip all of the bases and jigs that won't be used anyway. The 1/4" collet is Not included in the package.

Order Processing and Delivery

America:

Free Delivery: We offer free delivery for orders over $29 in the United States. For orders below $29, a shipping fee of $4.90 will apply.
Delivery Time: Most orders within the United States will be delivered within 8-10 business days and dispatched from our U.S. warehouse. Please note: Delivery delays may occur for orders placed during major promotions, national holidays, or force majeure events (such as natural disasters or extreme weather).
Out-of-Stock Items: If some items in our U.S. warehouse are out of stock, we will ship them from our Chinese warehouse and notify you of the updated delivery information via email. The estimated delivery time will be 7-15 business days.

[Note] We will notify you of any delivery delays caused by force majeure events.

Other Countries/Regions:

For the UK, Japan, Australia, and the EU, the freight already includes tariffs, and customers do not have to pay any additional fees. For customers in other countries, due to the large differences in freight and tariffs, please contact us at support@nymolabs.com. We will provide you with a quotation.

Item will be shipped by air from our China warehouse and are typically delivered within 10-15 business days. Note: Delivery times are based on the expected range, and the actual delivery time may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances with the carrier. We will inform you of any delivery delays or issues caused by force majeure events.

For orders from certain countries, we are unable to provide a tax-inclusive shipping option. If customs duties or other taxes are incurred, these costs will be your responsibility. The carrier will notify you of the payment upon delivery. Due to varying tax rates in different countries/regions, the exact customs duties cannot be accurately predicted. You can obtain more accurate information by checking the relevant tax policies in your country.

Why Haven't My Item Been Shipped Yet?

Holidays, Peak Seasons, and Force Majeure Events: During holidays, peak transportation seasons, or force majeure events (such as natural disasters, epidemics, etc.), delivery times may be delayed. If any delay occurs, we will notify you via email.
Pre-Ordered Products: The delivery method for pre-ordered products differs from that of regular orders. The expected delivery date for pre-ordered products will be clearly marked on the product page. Please review this information carefully before making your purchase.
Oversized Items: For large items like the NBS-6040 and NBX-5040, delivery may take up to 7 business days. In most cases, you should receive the item within 15-30 business days after placing your order. Once the item arrive at your location, the carrier will contact you to arrange for delivery.

Do You Provide International Transportation?

How Do I Know That My Package Is Already Shipped and In Shipment?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging that we have received your order. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a notification email with a tracking number, which allows you to track the shipping status of your package.

Address Change and Order Cancellation

If you need to change your delivery address or cancel your order, please contact us via support@nymolabs.com within 12 hours. After this time, we may have already shipped the order, and we will not be able to modify the delivery address or cancel the order. We recommend carefully confirming your address and order details before placing an order.

If the cancellation request is received after 12 hours and the item have not yet been shipped (please note: sometimes there may be a delay in tracking numbers, but the package has already been sent, in which case the order cannot be canceled), we will charge a fee of 10%-15% depending on the specific situation. This fee covers order processing and warehouse preparation costs. If the item has been marked as shipped or actually shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you must cancel, you will need to contact us for a return after the package arrives locally, and you will be responsible for all costs incurred in shipping and returning the package (freight, tariffs, or any other fees).

If you need to return the item after receiving them, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and tariffs, and the refund will be processed after the item pass the re-warehousing inspection. Please note that we will charge a 20% warehouse processing fee based on the order amount to cover the re-warehousing and inspection costs of the returned item. Refund processing typically takes 10-15 business days.

OPENBOX Item Are Not Supported for Returns

For OPENBOX products, we provide the same after-sales support and warranty as for new products; however, all OPENBOX products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Refund Disputes: Please refrain from initiating a refund dispute, as it may lead to bank-imposed settlement fees. This will not only delay the refund process but also incur additional costs.
